Your Apartment Association can become a member of BAF through the following simple process detailed below, which includes filling out the online membership form and transferring the Membership Fees online.

One-time Registration Fee : Rs. 500/- Annual Membership Fee (effective 01-January-2024)

| Less than 19 Units | 1200 |
| 20 to 49 Units | 2500 |
| 50 to 149 Units | 4000 |
| 150 to 499 Units | 5500 |
| 500 to 1500 Units | 7000 |
| >= 1501 Units | 8500 |
For New Members, who join during the course of the year, the Annual Fees will be pro-rated to the number of remaining months (including the month of membership) in the Year. Example: 12 months for joining in April; 10 months for joining in June; 7 months for joining in September.

If you have not provided the payment details while filling the membership form, please share details of payment along with your BAF Membership Number by email to members@baf.org.in. Electronic Fee Receipts will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. New Membership Requests will be processed within 2 weeks from date of receipt of completed Membership Form as well as receipt of payment.
