The 9th Annual General Body Meeting (“AGM”) of the Bangalore Apartments’ Federation (“BAF”) for the year 2022-23 will be held on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 at 9.00AM. The meeting will be at The Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar Hall - Century Club, 1 Seshadri Road, Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru – 560001. The meeting will be followed by lunch.
AGENDA:
1. Welcome & Introduction
2. Adoption of minutes of the last AGM held on 24th September 2022
3. Presentation of the various focus-activities of the Federation in the last year and adoption of the Annual Report for the year 2022-23
4. Presentation and adoption of the Audited Accounts for FY2022-23
5. Approval of Budget & Annual Membership Fees for FY2023-24
6. Appointment of auditor for FY2023-24
7. Elections to the Governing Council and Executive Council for the term years 2023-25
8. Any other matters with the permission of Chair

Ms. Meenakumari is a practicing advocate and a trained Mediator. She graduated in law from Bangalore. Has put in about 41 years of legal practice in various fields of law such as Civil, Criminal, Family, Consumer , property and Real estate. She practices both on the trial and appellate side in various courts and Tribunals of Karnataka. She has represented Karnataka government as Government Pleader. Ms. Meenakumari got trained in Mediation as early as 2007 and has assisted several disputing parties to resolve their conflict amicably in hundreds of cases at Bangalore Mediation Center. She is on the Panel of Mediator for District Consumer Forum, national and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission , Company law Board , South East Division. Her passion outside her profession is Music, Gardening , Flower Arrangement, spiritual reading and creating awareness on Mediation among the society.
