There are 3 categories for the contest:
1 - Small Category: Apartment complexes with less than 100 units
2 - Medium Category: Apartment complexes with more than 100 units and less than 300 units
3 - Large Category: Apartment complexes with more than 300 units
The contest involves two stages:
Stage 1:
Applicant apartments had to fill a detailed questionnaire sharing inputs regarding their initiatives on energy, water, solid-waste, liquid-waste efficiency and management, compliance and management of critical installations like STP/WTP, OWC, DG Sets, Borewells etc., nuvo initiatives taken like rooftop solar, EV charging etc. and green management in community including maintenance of greenery and landscapes. The application window closed on 30th July 2022. A weighted evaluation system designed by an expert-panel will score the entries to short-list a set of finalists
Stage 2:
A short-listed set of finalist apartments will be visited by an expert-jury to conduct a site inspection and evaluation and further confirmation of stated initiatives. Three winners will be declared in each category
