Membership Process Details

Your Apartment Association can become a member of BAF through the following simple process:

MEMBERSHIP FORM

You can download the membership form (download here), fill it up and send it back to us as per details given below.

FEES DETAILS

One-time Registration Fee    :   Rs. 500/-

Annual Membership Fee    :  

Size Of Association Annual Fee
Less than 20 Units 1000
20 - 49 Units 2000
50 - 149 Units 3500
>= 150 Units 5000

ONLINE PAYMENT

You can pay the amount through NEFT to the BAF Bank Account. Details are as follows:

The filled-up membership form can be scanned and emailed to membership@bafonline.org.in

CHEQUE PAYMENT

You can make a cheque in the name of "BANGALORE APARTMENTS FEDERATION".

(Please write the name of your Apartment & mobile number on the back of the cheque).

You can deposit the cheque in the BAF Account (details given above) in any SBI Branch near you or you can courier it to the following address :

CASH PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Your details would be processed and membership allotted, together with receipts, within 2 weeks.
